On January 18, 2000 I embarked on the greatest adventure of my life! I read a book because it was controversial and I loved it! I discovered a new way of eating, and thus a new way of life. To date I have lost a little over 45 pounds. All I had to do was reduce my daily amount of carbohydrates. Anybody that has yo-yo dieted or had problems controlling their weight should at least read this book. The book is by Dr. Atkins and it's called the New Diet Revolution. |
